Karlin is a business leader with a well-versed background in management, operations, and technology. As the CBO, CIO, and CTO at Dash Wellness, an online wellness platform, he leverages his experience to drive business growth, information management, and technology initiatives.

Born and raised in Houston, Karlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Texas. After graduating, he honed his leadership skills at Amazon, where he excelled as an Area Manager. He supervised a team of over 300 associates—the largest in his building—helping them reach an exceptional productivity ranking of #1 nationally. In recognition of his talents, Karlin was promoted to Process Path Owner. In this role, he nurtured new managers' skills, led the implementation of million-dollar projects, and routinely presented to regional managers and executives on department performance.

Seeking new challenges, Karlin transitioned into a consulting role at Oracle, becoming a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative. He worked with various healthcare organizations throughout the country, aiding them in the design, build-out, and implementation of their new patient accounting systems.
