Our Story

Dash Wellness was created from a shared belief that mental health and wellness education should be accessible, practical, and rooted in real-life experiences.

Across healthcare, operations, technology, and science, our founders saw a common challenge—people want to care for their mental health and wellbeing but often lack clear, trustworthy guidance that fits into everyday life.

Through conversations with therapists, counselors, and wellness professionals, and everyday people, the Dash Wellness Podcast was born. Our goal is to bridge the gap between expert knowledge and real-world application, creating space for thoughtful dialogue that supports individuals, workplaces, and communities.

Dash Wellness is more than a podcast—it's a platform for connection, learning, and meaningful change.

Where We're Headed

As Dash Wellness continues to grow, we're focused on expanding meaningful conversations around mental health and wellness—bringing together expert insight, lived experience, and community voices.

Through podcast conversations, partnerships, and future initiatives, our aim is to create accessible resources that support individuals, organizations, and communities in navigating mental health with clarity and confidence.

We're building a space where learning feels approachable, conversations feel honest, and wellness feels possible for everyone.
